Buscamos un(a)
Software Engineer
con experiencia en diseño, arquitectura e implementación de soluciones tecnológicas que fortalezcan la infraestructura local y en la nube de la compañía. Este rol será clave para identificar oportunidades de automatización, optimizar procesos y ejecutar proyectos que generen eficiencia operativa y reducción de costos.

Principales Responsabilidades

  • Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener soluciones tecnológicas para infraestructura on-premise y cloud.
  • Crear y gestionar entornos estandarizados de desarrollo de software.
  • Desarrollar sistemas automatizados para despliegue, monitoreo y tolerancia a fallos.
  • Mejorar procesos de desarrollo, despliegue y monitoreo considerando los requisitos del sistema.
  • Ejecutar mantenimiento, actualizaciones y migraciones de sistemas.
  • Proveer herramientas y mejores prácticas para apoyar el ciclo completo de desarrollo de software.
  • Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios para resolver problemas y construir procesos más eficientes.

Habilidades y experiencia:

  • Licenciatura en Ciencias de la Computación, Ingeniería en Sistemas o campo relacionado (o experiencia equivalente).
  • 3-5 años de experiencia en roles similares
  • Inglés intermedio
  • Conocimiento en automatización de procesos, DevOps, y despliegue en la nube (AWS, Azure o GCP).
  • Habilidades en programación, Python ideal.
  • Conocimiento de PowerBi y PorwerPlatform.
  • Experiencia en diseño de arquitecturas escalables y resilientes.
  • Capacidad para identificar oportunidades de mejora y ejecutar soluciones técnicas de manera ágil.
