REQUISITOS PARA LA VACANTE
- Escolaridad (deseable): Estudiante o pasante de Licenciatura en Tecnologías de la Información, Comunicaciones, Redes o carrera afín.
- Disponibilidad de horario de 2:00 p.m. a 8:00 p.m.
EXPERIENCIA Y CONOCIMIENTOS
- Experiencia deseable en atención a clientes.
- Conocimientos básicos en redes y telecomunicaciones.
- Conocimientos básicos en fibra óptica y enlaces por microondas.
- Manejo de herramientas de Google (Gmail, Drive, Docs, etc.).
- Excelente actitud de servicio y disposición para el aprendizaje continuo.
- Disponibilidad para rolar turnos en situaciones extraordinarias.
TAREAS A DESEMPEÑAR
- Brindar atención a clientes proporcionando información clara, precisa y oportuna.
- Atender solicitudes y reportes de clientes finales vía telefónica u otros canales de comunicación.
- Brindar soporte técnico básico a servicios residenciales de fibra óptica y microondas.
- Documentar incidencias relacionadas con los servicios residenciales.
- Escalar incidencias a las áreas correspondientes para su seguimiento y solución.
