Mini Bars Supervisor

In this role, you will oversee the mini bar operations across our luxury hotel, ensuring that all guests enjoy an impeccable experience with our offerings. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will help create a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere for our distinguished clientele.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise the mini bar team, ensuring all products are well-stocked, presented beautifully, and replenished in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and manage inventory levels to optimize the selection and availability of products.
- Train and motivate staff to provide the highest level of service and product knowledge.
- Respond to guest inquiries and feedback regarding mini bar selections and service, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and food and beverage, to uphold service standards and streamline operations.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food and beverage storage and service.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.
- Strong understanding of mini bar operations and inventory management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
- Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Proficiency in English; other languages are a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
