At uplift we are looking for a hungry, motivated and results driven Administrative Assistant to join our team We are a dynamic and fast-paced company in the brand partnership and influencer marketing space. Our team works closely with vendors, influencers, and third-party logistics providers to execute impactful sales and marketing programs throughout the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Send pitch materials and manage vendor outreach using CRM tools
  • Coordinate shipments and logistics with vendors and 3PL partners
  • Track leads and follow up from social media/email campaigns
  • Use approved messaging to communicate with potential vendor partners
  • Assist with scheduling, proposals, and maintaining project trackers

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in sales support, coordination, or admin roles
  • Strong English communication skills (B2-C2)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy (CRM, ClickUp, )
  • Comfortable working remotely and across teams
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
