Your opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Services MAM team in Mexico. This role will primarily support the Account Services team with all administrative tasks related to REPSE administration, as well as provide additional administrative support to our Services Account Managers. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient operations and compliance within our after-sales services.

Your Mission

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing and coordinating all administrative activities related to REPSE (Registro de Prestadoras de Servicios Especializados u Obras Especializadas) to ensure compliance with Mexican regulations. This includes maintaining accurate records, preparing and submitting required documentation, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, the role will provide general administrative support to the Services Account Managers, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, handling correspondence, and assisting with customer service tasks as needed.

Manage and maintain REPSE documentation and compliance records.

Prepare, review, and submit REPSE-related documents to relevant authorities.

Support Services Account Managers with administrative tasks, including scheduling, reporting, and correspondence.

Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth administrative processes.

Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials for the Services team.

Handle general office administration and support tasks as required.

Your Profile

Bachelor degree in Administration, Business, or related field highly desirable but not limited.

Proven experience in administrative roles, ideally supporting service or account management teams.

Knowledge of REPSE administration and Mexican labor compliance is highly desirable.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Fluent in Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
