Senior Financial Analyst

What You'll Do

• Work with team members and managers, commercial contacts, and external suppliers to locate and apply payments.
• Produce and distribute accurate bi-weekly aging reports. Work with GBP commercial customers to answer questions and make corrections as portfolios change.
• Attend collection call meetings to take notes and update team records on collection efforts to work with commercial leadership as balances age.
• Assist in development and maintenance of process performance metrics.
• Participating in multiple complex projects simultaneously communicating with other departments and leadership on milestones and hurdles.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key business and finance partners.
• Perform and assist managers and peers with Balance Sheet Account reconciliations, including ageing and detailed account analysis.
• Assume management of PEHP (Preferred Hotel), EPS, M&E (Meetings and Events Incentives) and DMC (Destination Management) invoicing. Ensuring accuracy and client relationship management.
• Assist management in the preparation of interim and annual audit requirements.
• Overtime and weekend hours will be required to meet deadlines.

What We're Looking For

• +5 years related accounting and reconciliation experience
• Accounting or Finance Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• English advance level. Able to communicate clear ideas.
• Excellent MS Excel skills. Knowledge in Macros is a must.
• Experience with NetSuite preferred
• Power BI Tool or Tableau is a must.
• Demonstrated ability with SOX
• Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic environment and exhibit flexibility and the ability to work with various personalities.
• Discipline strength, you need organization, order and precision. Your planning increase efficiency.
• Responsibility strength, committed to stable values such as integrity and dedication among others.
• Communication, you have developed skills in capturing people's attention by what you say and how you say it.
• Focus, you have the ability to prioritize, set goals and work efficiently.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience tailoring, and summarizing information based on audience: Financial & Non-financial audience, Staff to Senior Management
