WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
:

You will be part of the
Healthcare & Life Sciences Centre of Expertise (HLS CoE)
within the 
Bain Capability Network
(BCN)
, based in
Mexico
. The HLS CoE supports Bain's consulting teams globally—especially across the Americas—by delivering specialized research, analytics, and insights across the healthcare value chain.

You'll work alongside a dynamic, cross-regional team of experts who serve Bain's clients across Pharmaceuticals, MedTech, Providers, Payers, Global Health, and Digital Health sectors.

WHERE YOU'LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM:

In this role you'll lead a team of 3–4 Analysts and Associates to deliver high-impact support to case teams and practice areas. You will report into senior leaders in the BCN and will collaborate closely with global Bain teams to deliver domain expertise, structure problem solving, and develop Bain's healthcare intellectual property.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Client Delivery & Thought Leadership

  • Lead engagements across Pharma, MedTech, Payers, Providers, and Services
  • Deliver client-ready insights, presentations, and go-to-market materials
  • Collaborate with consulting teams and practice leadership to shape healthcare IP and solutions
  • Translate complex data into strategic, actionable recommendations

Team Leadership & Coaching

  • Manage and mentor a team of 3–4; provide daily feedback and coaching
  • Define project workplans, hypotheses, and outputs
  • Foster a high-performance, inclusive, and collaborative team culture

Collaboration & Relationship Management

  • Own relationships with case teams and global stakeholders
  • Drive knowledge sharing across BCN nodes and functions
  • Communicate effectively across all levels of the Bain system

ABOUT YOU:

Experience & Education

  • Undergraduate degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences with 5–8 years of relevant experience OR
  • Postgraduate degree with 3–6 years of experience in consulting or healthcare services
  • Experience in Pharma, MedTech, Payers, Providers, or related sectors
  • Prior consulting or proposal experience preferred

Leadership & Skills

  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Analytical thinking, data interpretation, and storylining capabilities
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Tableau, Alteryx, or Python is a plus

Personal Attributes

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and proactive in solving problems
  • A strong team player who builds trust-based relationships
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work
    on-site in-office 4 days a week
    (Santa Fe to start/Polanco long term)
