is seeking experienced Building Envelope/ Curtain Wall Specialists to join our dynamic team. As a global platform that connects top-tier talent from Latin America to the most exciting companies in the world, is committed to delivering excellence across various industries.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, engineering, and installation of building envelope systems and curtain walls. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards. As a Building Envelope/ Curtain Wall Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, ranging from office buildings and healthcare facilities to educational institutions and residential complexes.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the design and engineering of building envelope systems and curtain walls, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop innovative and efficient solutions for building envelope construction.
  • Review and evaluate contractor proposals and bids, making recommendations based on technical specifications and project requirements.
  • Monitor project progress and coordinate with project managers to address any challenges or delays.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in building envelope technology, incorporating new methodologies and best practices into project designs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in building envelope design and engineering, with a focus on curtain walls.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Solidworks and similar.
  • Expert in Shop Drawing development and Fabrication Drawing Development.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards related to building envelope systems and curtain walls.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results on time and within budget.
