We are searching for the best talent for SENIOR TRAINING LEADER to be in Ciudad Juarez.
Purpose:
The Senior Training Leader (SME) reports directly to the Senior Training Manager. As a subject matter expert, the Senior Training Leader will be responsible for defining the training strategy for the development of different training structures and mid-level management.
The Senior Training Leader will also develop training plans and programs with a strong focus on measuring effectiveness and on compliance with all local, national, and international regulations applicable to the medical industry.
This position will also be key in supporting Change Management strategies for organizational development.
You will be responsible for:
- Define the Training Strategy that supports the enhancement of the Onboarding, Training and Certification Process, this means:
- Introduce training methodologies that support the training system.
- Suggest improvements to the current procedures and tools of the training processes.
- Develop the current training structure and trainer's network. This includes:
- Definition of accurate skills matrixes for the training structure and trainer's network.
- Definition of effective training plans and programs.
- Development of training contents and advising SME on the preparation of their instructional materials.
- Training delivery.
- Suggestion and implementation of tools to measure the effectiveness of training.
- Support the change management strategies for organizational development. This may include:
- Conducting diagnosis to support organizational development (mid-level management).
The definition and coordination of the actions that are relevant.
Responsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices as applicable.
- Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.
- Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Performs other duties assigned as needed.
Experience and Education
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or education.
- Master's degree in education or organizational development preferred.
- 6 to 8 years of experience in training, education, and/or organizational development.
- Experience in managing onboarding, training, and certification processes for direct associates.
- Experience in developing training networks and team leaders.
- Experience in redesigning high-impact presentations.
Qualifications
- Instructional Design Certification - ProTrainer Methodology (Required)
- Certification in the 4-Step Technique.
- Certification in Work Instructions (TWI).
- Certification in Train the Training.
- Certification in Job Competencies.
- Update on Legal Aspects of Training from STPS.
- Proficiency in training requirements of ISO 13485, 14001, 45001 standards and FDA guidelines.
- Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.
- Passion for education.
- Ability to work with employees at different levels of the organization.
- Strong focus on compliance.
- Results oriented.
- Leadership and coaching abilities are required.
