Senior Business Analyst – CRM Implementations

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior CRM Business Analyst to lead end-to-end business analysis and implementation of CRM and enterprise business applications. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to define business processes, gather requirements, design solutions, and drive successful implementations.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience implementing CRM solutions
within product companies
or
directly on the customer side
—not only through consulting or presales. This is not a sales or BD role; it is a functional, execution-driven position focused on analysis and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead CRM and enterprise application implementation discussions at an enterprise level.
  • Define current and future business process states and translate business needs into clear functional requirements.
  • Participate in finalizing implementation approaches and collaborate with technical, product, and customer teams with minimal supervision.
  • Analyze, map, and optimize CRM-related business workflows.
  • Prepare and validate functional documents, solution designs, and implementation deliverables.
  • Coordinate with engineering, product, and project teams to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, resolve conflicts, and ensure successful delivery.
  • Support the creation of Project Charters, WBS, and implementation documentation.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience
    in Business Analysis and CRM Implementations (mandatory).
  • Hands-on CRM implementation experience
    in product companies
    or
    as the customer-side implementation owner
    .
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based business applications and enterprise implementation methodologies.
  • Good knowledge of APIs, integrations, data migration, and technical architecture concepts.
  • Experience managing RFI, RFQ, RFP processes from an implementation perspective.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management, presentations, and cross-team collaboration.
  • Ability to identify and resolve stakeholder conflicts and drive clarity across teams.
