As an IT Business Analyst Specialist, you will be a member of the global technical support team within Procurement IT organization for PPG's. You will work with Procurement users globally, address and resolve user issues and implement quality improvement processes

Main Responsibilities.

  • Provide Support to ePro and related tools in procurement IT organization. The support in ePro involves troubleshooting issues and resolving tickets and perform IT Audit.
  • Understanding of how IT affects an organization and ability to link it to redesigned business processes.
  • Good technical knowledge and able to translate complex technical concepts in terms that are understandable to the business.
  • Assimilate assigned different department's products and process experience in gathering requirements, functional design, testing and working with business processes.

Qualifications.

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems management, Computer Science, Engineering, Chemistry, a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • +3 years of experience in IT or a role In Business Analyst or an IT Consultant
  • Background working in an ERP environment (SAP/Oracle)
  • SQL knowledge.
  • Advanced English skills.
