Responsabilidades

  • Ejecutar el inicio de operaciones en Monterrey; asegurando la implementación exitosa de procesos, políticas y estructuras de Floty.
  • Lanzar las operaciones diarias, dirigiendo eficientemente a los equipos comerciales, de operaciones y cobranzas.
  • Construir un equipo sólido, considerando un brazo comercial y uno operativo para apoyar la ejecución de tareas diarias.
  • Supervisar los indicadores clave de desempeño (KPIs) de la operación y proponer oportunidades de mejora.
  • Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento, alianzas comerciales y mejoras operativas en el mercado local.
  • Mantener una comunicación fluida y permanente con el Country Manager y el directorio para la toma de decisiones estratégicas.

Requisitos

  • Egresado de las carreras de Administración, Ing. Industrial, Economía, Negocios o afines.
  • Experiencia de 5 años en posiciones de liderazgo y equipos de venta (comercial)
  • Conocimiento sólido de gestión comercial y operativa.
  • Competencias clave: Proactivo, independiente, orientado a resultados, comprometido, habilidades de liderazgo, buena comunicación.
