About This Opportunity

You will be responsible for selling our B1 transportation, OTR, and Brokerage services primarily in this region as well as some United States and other Mexico locations.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting for new clients to provide our logistics and transportation services.
  • Provide support and follow-up to existing customers.
  • Negotiating prices and closing sales.
  • Work closely with the Vice President of Sales to develop territory and account strategies to support sales growth in the region.
  • Establish and maintain solid relationships with top companies in the sector, as well as build and manage an existing portfolio of key clients.

Requirements:

  • 3+ proven years experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the logistics and transportation sector.
  • Proven track record in cold calling, setting appointments, presenting and meeting with potential customers, pricing, proposals through to closing the deal.
  • Established portfolio of industry contacts and clients.
  • Deep knowledge of the main logistics and transportation companies in Mexico City and their operation in the local market.
  • Knowledge of the most important companies in the city.
  • Experience working B2B sales.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills & strong interpersonal and customer relation skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills with proven closing ability.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, logistics, international business or similar.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
