We're Hiring: IT Assistant / Computer Systems Support — On-Site (Guadalajara, Chapultepec)

We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy
IT Assistant
to join our team in Guadalajara. This is a hybrid role that combines
technical support
with occasional
client service support
, ideal for someone who enjoys both troubleshooting and assisting people.

What You'll Do

IT & Technical Support

  • Provide hardware and software troubleshooting for staff equipment.
  • Set up and configure computers for new hires.
  • Create user accounts and profiles on required company platforms.
  • Install, update, and maintain necessary software and tools.
  • Track and support basic IT inventory.

Client Service Support

  • Assist the legal team when needed. (No prior experience needed)
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients during intake processes.
  • Support additional office tasks as assigned.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent English
  • Experience in
    computer systems, IT support, or technical assistance
    .
  • Ability to diagnose and solve common software/hardware issues.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to support non-IT tasks as needed. (HIGH IMPORTANCE)
  • Proactive and service-oriented attitude.
  • Availability to work
    on-site
    in the Chapultepec area, Guadalajara.

What We Offer

  • $17,000 MXN net (after taxes)
    monthly.
