We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy
IT Assistant
to join our team in Guadalajara. This is a hybrid role that combines
technical support
with occasional
client service support
, ideal for someone who enjoys both troubleshooting and assisting people.
What You'll Do
IT & Technical Support
- Provide hardware and software troubleshooting for staff equipment.
- Set up and configure computers for new hires.
- Create user accounts and profiles on required company platforms.
- Install, update, and maintain necessary software and tools.
- Track and support basic IT inventory.
Client Service Support
- Assist the legal team when needed. (No prior experience needed)
- Provide excellent customer service to clients during intake processes.
- Support additional office tasks as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent English
- Experience in
computer systems, IT support, or technical assistance
. - Ability to diagnose and solve common software/hardware issues.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to support non-IT tasks as needed. (HIGH IMPORTANCE)
- Proactive and service-oriented attitude.
- Availability to work
on-site
in the Chapultepec area, Guadalajara.
What We Offer
