Overview  

Your Spanish (LATAM) expertise belongs at the forefront of AI Innovation. For this role, we are looking for professionals with at least 5 years of customer service experience. Join Welo Data on a cutting edge project, where the world's top minds meet the future of intelligence.

What you will do: 

- Reviewing and evaluating AI-generated responses

- Rewriting or refining responses when needed

- Creating natural prompts and dialogues

- Helping improve the quality of an AI model

Project Details: 

- Start Date: Wednesday, Dec 10

- Duration: 4 weeks, flexible

- Commitment: 10 to 20 hours/week (flexible schedule).

- Job Type: Freelance contract.

Requirements: 

- 5+ years of Customer Service experience

- Excellent written communication and strong grammatical accuracy. 

- Comfortable with structured tasks such as: preference ranking (factuality & locality), prompt-response writing, grammaticality checks, provision & improvement of text.
