Supervisar las reparaciones de las unidades siniestradas dentro de los estándares marcados por la Compañía, con la finalidad de que su entrega sea en tiempo, forma y con la calidad correspondiente. Así mismo, da seguimiento a las posibles inquietudes del cliente con respecto a la reparación de su unidad, con la intención de solucionar sus dudas para cumplir con el estándar de calidad.  La posición interactúa de manera interna principalmente con el área de Valuación, Cotización de piezas y Call Center. 

La posición interactúa de manera externa con los proveedores que dan servicio a las reparaciones como talleres, agencias y ejecutivos de cuentas especiales. La posición interactúa de forma externa con nuestros asegurados, brockers o agentes. El alcance de la función es Local.  

Responsabilidades:  

  • Analizar las reparaciones, mediante un reporte y previa clasificación de siniestro, para coordinar que se terminen/entreguen en tiempo y forma. 
  • Controlar y coordinar la cartera de proveedores asignados, para dar seguimiento con el objetivo de fortalecer las relaciones y obtener los mejores resultados requeridos para cada unidad siniestrada.  
  • Dar seguimiento al siniestro, llevando un trato directo con el cliente por medio de diferentes vías como pueden ser llamada telefónica, presencial, correo, con la intención de llevar un registro de posibles dudas, quejas, negociación de fechas compromiso a vencer. 
  • Gestionar juntas y visitas a los talleres, para poder negociar en la medida de lo posible cualquier situación que se pueda presentar, así como supervisar las reparaciones. 
  • Por medio de sistema reportar y manejar los indicadores semanales de siniestros abiertos, fechas por vencer, monitoreo de grúas, presupuestos, depuración de siniestros abiertos y cerrados. Para con esto tener un seguimiento acortado de los procesos del área.  
Qualifications
  • Carreras económico-administrativas o a fin. 
  • Paquetería Office (Excel). 
  • Seguros - automóviles. 
  • 1 años de experiencia en áreas similares.
  • Atención al cliente. 
  • Conocimiento en mecánica automotriz. 
  • Negociación con talleres.
