Position Overview:

Toensure the factory's internal quality performance by maintaining process stability, improving production capacity, and preventing defects through systematic problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Report supplier quality issues to IQC/SQE
  • Develop sorting and rework methods based on production needs to maintain quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support warranty and online quality improvements .
  • Report key quality issues to management so that further action can be taken.
  • Lead process reviews and control plan updates to ensure robust process control and effective risk mitigation.
  • Monitor SPC trends to detect process changes and verify the timely and effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Actively participate in Quality, Reliability, and Quality Control (QRQC) meetings , drive root cause analysis related to processes , and ensure the resolution of quality issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of work experience in quality engineering or manufacturing process quality (automotive industry preferred).
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control methods, and inspection techniques.
  • Proficient in PFMEA, control plans, SPC, MSA, and APQP/PPAP requirements.
  • Proficient in statistical analysis and quality tools for process capability and trend analysis.monitor.
  • Familiar with IATF 16949 and customer-specific requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and production management software.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English languages (written and verbal)
