- Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders (Commercial areas and STM Financial representatives), including business partners at headquarters.
- 10 year experience in Finance or related degree in economics.
- Experience in Financial Banking institutions preferred in financial captives of automative sector. (NR Finance, GM Financial, VW Financial Services, Toyota Financial Services, KIA Finance, Mazda Financial Services).
- Automotive market analysis.
- Strong negotiation skills and communication.
- Financial software knowledge: Qlik sense, SAP, Microsoft Office (Excel strong knowledge)
