. This role will focus on developing predictive models, analyzing large and complex datasets, and leveraging machine learning to drive insights and improve business outcomes. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, collaborative, and passionate about applying data science in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and deploy machine learning models to support use cases such as transaction monitoring, risk detection, customer segmentation, and operational optimization.
  • Analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand key challenges and translate them into data science problems.
  • Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences through visualizations, presentations, and reports.
  • Partner with Data Engineers and Analysts to build scalable data pipelines and ensure data quality.
  • Support the implementation of AI-driven initiatives across departments, including Compliance, Operations, and Strategic Planning.
  • Continuously research and apply the latest tools and methodologies in data science and machine learning.
