About The Role
TEMPORAL
As a Project Senior Associate at Reckitt, your role will be pivotal in leading projects with scientific precision, driving change with innovative solutions that deliver real business value. You'll have a passion for leadership within a dynamic R & D environment and a drive for excellence.
Your responsibilities
- Lead R & D projects from conception to completion, ensuring scientific excellence, compliance, and agility throughout.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define success criteria, devise timelines, manage technical activities, and document the journey.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering an environment of learning and growth.
- Build strategic internal and external partnerships that facilitate smooth and efficient project delivery.
- Utilise your problem-solving prowess to overcome obstacles and drive projects forward with technical and commercial expertise.
- Champion initiatives, balancing workload and resource allocation to prioritise productivity and meet business objectives.
The experience we're looking for
- Degree in a scientific or technical field, or proven experience in FMCG or Pharma sectors.
- A solid track record in R & D or closely related fields like Regulatory, Safety, Quality, or Supply.
- Hands-on experience with computer systems pertinent to R & D.
- Demonstrated ability to independently influence decisions and effectively lead project delivery.
- Exceptional teamwork skills, keen attention to detail, and proven leadership abilities.
