Nos encontramos en búsqueda de un Supervisor de zona para sumarse a nuestro equipo en Guadalajara
Coordinará e implementará la exhibición y venta de mercancía en diferentes puntos conforme a los lineamientos establecidos por las marcas.
Responsabilidades:
- Aplicar y mantener la identidad de la empresa y los estándares de marca.
- Analizar de KPIS, venta diaria, proponer aspectos de mejora.
- En coordinación con el departamento comercial, establecer planes de acciones comercial para mejorar la facturación de los PDV.
- Establecer una estrecha relación de trabajo y colaboración con los jefes de planta y personal de venta de los clientes.
- Resolución de incidencias diarias.
- Supervisión del cumplimiento de las políticas de visual Merchandiser, trade marketing, exhibición y reposición.
- Capacitar al personal a cargo
- Liderar y coordinar las aperturas de nuevos puntos de venta.
- Implementar Guías Visuales de acuerdo con la estrategia definida por el departamento de Concepto
Conocimientos requeridos:
- Experiencia 2 años como District Manager, Supervisos, Store Manager, visual merchandiser senior o puestos similares.
