Puertas de Acceso, part of the Best Access Doors Group, is one of the fastest-growing online marketplaces for commercial access doors and panels in Mexico and Central America.

Our mission is to make it easier for architects, engineers, and contractors to find, compare, and purchase high-quality access solutions that meet the highest standards in construction and safety.

We are expanding our digital content team and looking for a Bilingual AI Content Marketing Strategist who is fluent in both English and Spanish, a strong writer, strategist, and critical thinker who can bridge creativity with data.

This is not a copywriting or "content mill" position. You'll play a strategic, AI- and data-driven role that shapes how our brand performs across both traditional search and AI discovery engines.

About the Role

You will help transform our content foundation from AI-generated drafts into professionally optimized, high-performing marketing content for Puertas de Acceso.

Working closely with our North American Ecommerce and SEO teams, you'll ensure every piece of Spanish content, from product descriptions to long-form articles, meets professional standards and drives measurable results.

You'll Thrive in This Role If You:

  • Understand how to adapt tone and messaging for North American and Latin American audiences.
  • Use data and analytics to inform creative and strategic decisions.
  • Take pride in accuracy, clarity, and professional presentation.
  • Are comfortable using AI tools within an ethical, structured, and performance-driven process.
  • Enjoy working collaboratively across remote teams and managing multiple projects independently.

What You'll Do

  • Review and refine product model descriptions to ensure accuracy, clarity, and SEO/AEO optimization.
  • Write new, high-quality Spanish content for product listings, landing pages, and blogs targeted at the commercial construction industry.
  • Occasionally support English-language content projects for our U.S. and Canadian websites.
  • Use keyword research and user intent data to guide structure, messaging, and tone.
  • Develop content strategies and topics that speak to B2B professionals (architects, engineers, contractors).
  • Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini strategically to enhance efficiency, not replace creativity.
  • Collaborate with SEO and Digital Marketing teams to ensure content aligns with our brand and business goals.
  • Track content performance and use analytics to improve engagement and visibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Translation, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B content writing, editing, or SEO content strategy.
  • Demonstrated expertise writing for English and Spanish audiences.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization).
  • Experience writing for technical or construction-related topics is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Surfer SEO, Ahrefs, or Clearscope.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management.
