**Primary Responsibilities**:**Social Media Coordination and Strategy**:- Plan, coordinate, and strategize weekly social media posts across various platforms.- Collaborate with the video editing team to create engaging social media content.- Track and analyze KPIs related to social media performance to optimize content and strategies.- Be comfortable on camera to create videos for the company, including tutorials, and promotional content.- Monitor campaign performance using tools like HubSpot and Instantly, making data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes.**SEO-Focused Copywriting**:- Write and optimize copywriting, video descriptions, captions, titles, and hashtags for SEO, ensuring it aligns with the overall marketing strategy.- Conduct keyword research and implement best practices in SEO writing to improve search engine rankings.- Comfortable with ChatGPT and other tools and has a deep understanding of prompt engineering- Utilize SEMRush to track keyword performance and optimize content.**Graphic Design**:- Ensure all design work is consistent with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.**General Marketing Tasks**:- Assist with various marketing tasks as needed, contributing to the overall success of the marketing department.**Qualifications**:- Proficiency with SEMRush, ChatGPT, Google Analytics, HubSpot.- Strong copywriting skills with a focus on SEO best practices.- Comfortable on camera and able to create engaging video content.- Excellent graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools.- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.- Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies accordingly.- Excellent communication and project management skills.- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.**Preferred Qualifications**:- Experience working with video content for social media.- Knowledge of analytics tools and marketing automation platforms.- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.**Location**:Remote**Employment Type**:Contract**Salary**: $ /month USD**Expected hours**: 40 - 45 per week**Company Overview**:At Viral Ideas, we believe in the power of video to transform brands and connect with audiences on a deeper level.
