Objetivo:

Hacer seguimiento de las inversiones de medios del pool de cuentas asignadas, para lograr la alineación a los objetivos generales de Publicis Groupe, maximizando el uso de GMS, así como mantener la alineación con los requisitos de pricing & accountability de los clientes.

Responsabilidades Clave:

  1. Seguimiento de inversiones con las cuentas asignadas, asegurando % mínimos de GMS en cada plan
  2. Seguimiento de los CAPs; para maximizar su uso
  3. Promover la adopción de los diferentes productos y soluciones de APEX y EPSILON
  4. Promover el uso de proveedores N1, alineado con las condiciones de pricing de cada cliente.
  5. Asegurar el cumplimiento de la carta de navegación de cada cuenta, de acuerdo a lo definido por el área de pricing & acoountability.
  6. Revisión detallada de los forecast compartidos por las cuentas, identificando oportunidades de mejora, alineando a los objetivos de Publicis Groupe.
  7. Hacer seguimiento y mantener la alineación entre las inversiones reportadas por los medios y lo indicado en
    advertmind,
    dando alertas de sub ejecución y planes de acción para recuperar inversiones.
  8. Realizar seguimiento mensual del logro de los objetivos para el HUB de cuentas asignado, dando alertas y planes de acción.

Requisitos mínimos:


• Licenciatura concluida (Mercadotenica, Ingeniero industrial, economistas, Data, actuarios,

matemáticos)


• Inglés conversacional


• Experiencia de al menos 10 años en áreas de compras de medios.


• Poder dar puntos de vista y recomendaciones de proveedores para responder a los Kpis de los clientes


• Capacidad de aprendizaje y valor por el reto continuo


• Manejo de información confidencial


• Manejo de equipos


• Dominio de Excel, manejo de herramientas de planeación, manejo de Power BI, conocimiento de

herramientas sindicadas de la industria para la compra de medios digitales y tradicionales, manejo de herramientas de gestión de proyectos


• Experiencia en el manejo de clientes
