Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a wide range of advanced technical and support services related to quality, including adherence to internal and external standards, regulation compliance, quality control, and assurance activities.
• Review, complete, and process various quality-related forms, documentation, databases, and related informational materials ensuring accuracy and timely handling.
• Provide both basic and advanced assistance in interpreting quality policies and programs, supporting staff and management in understanding and implementing these frameworks effectively.
• Contribute to research efforts and formulate actionable recommendations addressing quality challenges in client relations, regulatory compliance, program development, and training needs.
• Assist in the evaluation and implementation of quality policies, practices, and programs to align with organizational requirements and operational goals.
• Support compliance efforts to ensure all processes meet applicable laws, standards, and regulations, seeking guidance as needed to maintain adherence.
• Take on additional tasks and projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to organizational success.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in quality assurance or related fields within logistics, warehouse, or operational environments.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, regulatory frameworks, and quality assurance methodologies.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to review, interpret, and manage complex documentation and data related to quality.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams, support training initiatives, and assist in policy implementation.
• Capable of conducting research and providing well-founded recommendations to enhance quality and operational compliance.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry standards and evolving regulatory requirements.
