Online Property Manager – Short-Term Rentals (Remote)

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Online Property Manager to manage short-term rental properties remotely. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience using platforms such as Airbnb, , and VRBO, and who is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, online environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, publish, and manage property listings on short-term rental platforms
  • Ensure listings are accurate, well-optimised, and kept up to date
  • Manage availability calendars, pricing, and booking requests
  • Respond promptly to guest enquiries and reservation messages
  • Maintain a high booking acceptance and response rate
  • Coordinate reservations and forward booking details to the supervisor
  • Review property information and correct any discrepancies
  • Monitor listings for platform compliance and performance

Requirements

  • Proven experience with short-term rentals (Airbnb experience is essential)
  • Strong written communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple properties and deadlines independently
  • Comfortable using booking platforms, email, and online tools
  • Active Airbnb account (host or guest)
  • Reliable internet connection and availability during agreed working hours
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
