Your Mission
As a Commercial Profile, you will drive profitable growth by expanding existing accounts and acquiring new strategic customers. Your role involves consolidating long-term relationships through trust, technical knowledge, and business vision. You will balance the energy of a hunter with the intelligence of a key account strategist, opening doors and sustaining complex relationships in technical environments. You will translate strategy into execution and foster a customer-centric culture
- Maintain and grow sales within assigned accounts across various end-use markets
- Develop strong relationships with purchasing, production, R&D, and quality teams
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and leverage technical resources to address challenges
- Dedicate 30–60% of time to new customer acquisition through market research, competitor analysis, and trade shows
- Manage full sales cycle from opportunity creation to commercialization
- Develop and execute strategic plans, maintain accurate Salesforce records, and provide forecasts and market insights
- Collaborate with Technical, Planning, Purchasing, Customer Service, and Operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay informed about materials science, processing technologies, sustainability trends, and customer regulations
- Travel expectation of up to 70% of time; maintain proactive customer engagement across territory
