What You'll Be Doing:
Responsible for the day-to-day sales support and customer service tasks for specified customers and assigned accounts.
Researches and responds to customer inquiries expeditiously and with accuracy.
Serves as a liaison between Arrow's internal resources (field sales, engineering, supplier marketing, manufacturing facilities, purchasing and other corporate departments), suppliers, and customers.
Owns the end-to-end quotes and order process for specified suppliers and customers.
Problem Resolution: Work with appropriate supplier contacts and internal departments to solve pre-sales and post-sales problems.
Ensures execution and manages the demand creation activity, applicable contracts, value added programs, returns, invoicing, credit, shipping issues, etc.
Liaison between sales team to perform root cause analysis of any order issues or pricing variances.
Ensures returns, invoicing, credit, shipping issues, etc. are resolved in a timely fashion and within our service level expectations.
Attend and participate in customer and supplier calls about metrics, understand products and programs, and set internal action plan and communicate to appropriate account team members.
Works as closely with your team members within a shared work queue to ensure workload balance and consistency in customer experience.
May assist less experienced teammates in problem resolution.
What We Are Looking For:
Typically requires a 4-year degree and 2–4 years of experience in customer service, sales, buying, planning, or procurement.
Identifies key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data.
Takes a broad perspective to problems and spots new, less obvious solutions.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills; must be fluent in English.
Knowledge of Oracle ERP and Salesforce are a bonus.
