Senior Web Design Manager

We have an opportunity for a Senior Web Designer to join our Corporate Marketing Brand & Creative team in Mexico City, reporting to the Senior Director, Brand. In this pivotal role, you will draw on deep experience leading multi-disciplinary brand and web programs—from early-stage momentum through scaled global growth—to shape Infoblox's most visible digital experiences across and key campaign destinations. You will integrate brand, product, and go-to-market strategy into cohesive, creator-grade web experiences that span campaigns, events, product storytelling, and executive narratives, while coaching designers and cross-functional partners on systems thinking, design best practices, and high-velocity, high-quality delivery across the marketing stack.

Be a Contributor — What You'll Do 

  • Lead end-to-end web design for high-visibility pages and experiences on , including solution pages, product pages, campaign landing pages, resource hubs, and executive narratives. 
  • Translate brand strategy, messaging, and product stories into clear, user-centered layouts, components, and visual systems that support both discovery and conversion goals across priority personas (networking, security, and cloud leaders and practitioners). 
  • Own and evolve the marketing web design system in Figma, creating reusable components, patterns, and page templates that can be implemented efficiently by developers while maintaining brand and UX consistency at scale. 
  • Partner closely with web strategy, SEO, content, and analytics to turn insights into design improvements—optimizing information architecture, page flows, and visual hierarchy based on performance data, testing results, and customer research. 
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure high-quality implementation of designs, providing redlines, design specs, and responsive behavior guidance, and proactively addressing gaps between design intent and build. 
  • Design and refine patterns for interactive elements (navigation, filters, comparison modules, carousels, forms, CTAs, etc.) that balance usability, accessibility, and brand expression across devices and breakpoints. 
  • Champion accessibility and inclusive design by applying WCAG-informed best practices to typography, color, motion, and interaction, ensuring experiences are usable and welcoming to a global audience. 
  • Contribute to A/B and multivariate testing programs, designing test variants (layouts, modules, messaging treatments, visual emphasis) and iterating based on results to steadily improve key metrics such as engagement, click-through, and conversion rates. 
  • Collaborate with visual and verbal brand teams to ensure web design reflects and reinforces Infoblox's visual identity, voice, and stories—extending campaigns and hero narratives into cohesive digital journeys. 
  • Mentor designers and partners who touch web work, providing feedback, sharing best practices, and helping raise the quality and consistency of web design across corporate marketing and partner teams.

Be Prepared — What You Bring 

  • 8 plus years of experience leading web, brand, or product design, ideally across both early‑stage and scaled B2B/SaaS environments, with a strong focus on marketing sites and digital experiences; agency and in‑house experience a plus. 
  • A portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end ownership of complex web experiences, including examples of design systems, responsive layouts, and measurable impact on user engagement or conversion. 
  • Expertise in modern design tools and systems, especially Figma (components, libraries, design tokens) and collaboration within a multi-designer environment; experience with design-to-dev handoff tools and workflows is strongly preferred. 
  • Solid understanding of front-end realities (HTML, CSS, and common frameworks) and how design decisions affect performance, accessibility, and implementation complexity—even if you're not writing production code. 
  • Proven ability to design for SEO- and content-driven experiences, partnering with SEO and content stakeholders to balance storytelling, scannability, and search performance within page structures and modules. 
  • Experience using data and testing to inform design decisions, including comfort working with analytics dashboards, UX research, and A/B testing results to refine layouts, modules, and interaction patterns. 
  • Strength in UX fundamentals—information architecture, user flows, wireframing, interaction design, and accessibility—paired with high standards for craft in typography, spacing, and visual detail. 
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a track record of working effectively across marketing, product, web development, and external partners to deliver complex projects on time. 
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, highly cross-functional environment, managing multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining quality, clarity, and alignment to brand and business priorities. 
  • Bachelor's degree in design, visual communications, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.   

Be Successful — Your Path 

First 90 Days: Immerse yourself in Infoblox's brand, web stack, and priority initiatives. Build a deep understanding of our existing design system, key page types, and performance baselines; ship initial updates to a small set of pages or components that improve clarity, consistency, or usability, and build strong working relationships with brand, content, SEO, and development partners. 

Six Months: Lead design for several high-visibility web initiatives (e.g., new solution journeys, major campaign destinations, or restructuring of key navigation or templates). Contribute meaningful improvements to the design system and documentation, help run and interpret A/B tests, and demonstrate measurable lifts in engagement, time on page, or conversion for your work.  

One Year: Be recognized as a go-to leader for web design within Corporate Marketing—owning the visual and UX direction of critical web experiences, helping shape the roadmap with the Director of Web Strategy, and mentoring others who contribute to web. Play a key role in positioning as a flagship expression of our brand: modern, intuitive, and differentiated in the networking and security space.
