Senior Web Content Manager

We have an opportunity for a Senior Web Content Manager to join our Web Strategy team in Mexico City, reporting to the Director of Web Strategy. In this pivotal role, you will lead the strategy, creation, and publishing of high-impact web content across , elevating customer experience, engagement, and conversion across the digital funnel. Collaborating closely with Web Strategy, Brand, Content, Product Marketing, and Analytics, you will shape how prospects experience our products and value through compelling human-authored and AI-assisted digital content that aligns with our brand voice and drives measurable business outcomes. You will be instrumental in building our future CMS publishing model, enabling scalability, governance, and speed to market.  

Be a Contributor — What You'll Do 

  • Own the content strategy and content publishing roadmap for  
  • Create high-quality marketing and product content using a hybrid of human writing and AI-assisted content development 
  • Develop content that clearly communicates value propositions, platform capabilities, and product differentiation 
  • Publish and update content directly in the CMS (once implemented) to support launches, campaigns, and ongoing optimization 
  • Partner with Web Strategy and Brand to translate strategic web priorities into scalable and repeatable content workflows 
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to ensure content accuracy, narrative clarity, and alignment with GTM initiatives 
  • Partner with Demand Generation to ensure consistent messaging across ad copy and landing pages on   
  • Apply SEO and GEO insights to improve content visibility across traditional and AI-driven search experiences 
  • Build content templates and reusable modules that ensure content quality and brand consistency 
  • Develop and maintain AI prompt libraries and content frameworks that streamline production at scale 
  • Coordinate cross-functional content reviews with stakeholders to streamline approvals and reduce execution friction 

Be Prepared — What You Bring 

  • 8-12; years of experience in digital content, content strategy, or web content publishing roles, preferably in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity 
  • Proven ability to write compelling, clear, and conversion-oriented marketing content for technical audiences 
  • Strong hands-on experience with AI-assisted content tools and prompt engineering for scalable content development 
  • Experience building and publishing content in a CMS (AEM, Drupal, Contentful, or WordPress strongly preferred) 
  • Extensive experience leveraging AI tools including Jasper, Writesonic, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Glean is a plus 
  • Expertise collaborating with designers, UX writers, product marketers, and web teams to execute content workflows 
  • Ability to manage multiple content projects simultaneously, handling deadlines and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders 
  • Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required due to the highly cross-functional and global nature of this role 
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred 
  • Experience working with analytics and SEO insights to inform content decisions is preferred

Six Months: Deliver a signature win: ship a feature, close a marquee deal, launch a campaign, or roll out a game-changing process. 

One Year: Own your domain, mentor the next newcomer, and steer our roadmap with data-driven ideas. 

First 90 Days: Learn our brand, voice, content workflows, stakeholders, and product narratives. Establish a clear understanding of our web content priorities and CMS implementation timeline. 

Six Months: 

  • Deliver a major content milestone for — a new section, product content rollout, campaign initiative, or redesign launch — with measurable impact to engagement and/or conversion. 

One Year: 

  • Fully own the content roadmap, publishing operations, and scalable AI-driven content frameworks that support rapid execution and a best-in-class digital experience.
