What will you do?
Your Impactful Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support to the GSC team, focusing on applications related to GSC catalogs and mainly assisting the Procurement and Planning team.
- Help users with platform access and resolve issues through ServiceNow and GSC-related systems.
- Assist in ticket management, troubleshooting, and escalation when needed.
- Participate in onboarding training sessions and learn how digital tools enable global supply chain processes.
- Collaborate with local team members while interacting with global stakeholders on recurring topics.
What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
- Curiosity and willingness to learn digital platforms and supply chain processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using basic digital tools; familiarity with ServiceNow is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, global environment.
- Location: Mty HUB (Punto Valle)
- Hybrid scheme.

Who will you report to?
- You'll report to the GSC Application Leader for Mexico.
- Work closely with the local GSC team mainly Procurement and Planning, while interacting with global stakeholders.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Strong customer focus and commitment to quality.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Systems, Engineering, IT, or related field.
