Patient Care Navigator — Remote

About the role:
We are looking for a dedicated Patient Care Navigator to join our Patient Contact Center team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, handling incoming calls with empathy, professionalism, and a strong commitment to delivering an excellent patient experience.
You will support patients by scheduling medical appointments, verifying insurance, documenting information accurately, and coordinating with medical offices, all while ensuring compliance with our service and quality standards.
This is a non-patient-facing role, but it plays a crucial part in enhancing the patient journey and ensuring smooth care coordination.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $22,000 MXN per month.
- Eligibility for productivity bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls with a professional, patient-centered attitude using prepared scripts.
- Register new patients, verify insurance coverage, and set appointments in the ECW system.
- Handle patient complaints professionally, research inquiries, and provide clear product/service information.
- Accurately document all interactions in XPM, ECW, and EHR systems.
- Communicate with doctor's offices for care coordination and process referrals.
Requirements:
- Must be based in Mexico.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of call center experience required. We look for candidates with at least 1 year of stability in previous jobs.
- C2/Native English level required (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
- Knowledge of XPM, CRM, and IVR systems is strongly preferred.
- Ability to manage sensitive patient information with confidentiality and accuracy
Work Environment:
This is a remote role, but requires:
- A stable internet connection
- A private and professional home office setup
- Ability to rotate into an office if required
