This role
The Marketing Analytics Senior Manager will lead the strategy and execution of all marketing analytics initiatives within our high-growth organization. This role is responsible for transforming marketing data into actionable insights, building advanced measurement frameworks, and guiding the development of predictive and statistical models that enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. In addition to analytics leadership, this role will own and optimize the Marketing Technology (MarTech) stack, ensuring seamless data flow across systems, accuracy of reporting, and alignment on a single source of truth. Collaborate closely with Risk, Product, and Data Engineering, to ensure that the infrastructure and integrations powering analytics are robust, scalable, and aligned with business needs. This person will ensure analytical rigour across all marketing channels and drive optimization of marketing spend through Media Mix Modeling and data-driven experimentation. This position will manage and mentor the Marketing Analytics Senior Analyst, ensuring that analytical deliverables meet the strategic and operational needs of the business.
Key responsibilities
  • Define and own the marketing analytics and multi-channel measurement strategy, aligning marketing initiatives with the company's growth and profitability goals.
  • Translate business challenges into analytical frameworks that inform strategy and execution.
  • Ensure data flows seamlessly across tools and that integrations between MarTech and other business systems (e.g., data warehouse, finance, product analytics) are accurate and up to date.
  • Drive data governance standards to ensure consistency, accuracy, and a single source of truth for all marketing performance reporting.
  • Lead and coach the Marketing Analytics Senior Analyst and other analytical contributors, fostering a culture of precision, collaboration, and impact. Oversee project prioritization, resource planning, and analytical methodology.
  • Build analytical documentation and processes to scale marketing intelligence across the organization.
  • Oversee the design and deployment of predictive models (e.g., churn, conversion propensity, LTV, segmentation) to improve targeting and campaign effectiveness.
  • Partner with Data Science teams to validate models and operationalize predictive outputs into CRM and lifecycle programs.
  • Lead the development of Media Mix Models (MMM) to assess channel performance and optimize budget allocation.
  • Oversee the creation of executive-level dashboards and reports that monitor marketing performance, efficiency, and ROI. 
  • Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, narrative-driven format.
  • Ensure consistent metric definitions and high data integrity across reports and business units.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Marketing Analytics, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience working in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or data science roles—preferably within FinTech, financial services, or high-growth digital businesses.
  • Proven expertise in SQL, Python for advanced analytics and modelling.
  • Deep knowledge of marketing measurement frameworks, attribution modelling, and lifecycle performance metrics.
  • Hands-on experience managing or integrating MarTech stacks (CRM, CDP, Marketing Automation, Analytics, and Tag Management platforms).
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Mode, or Hex
  • Understanding of Media Mix Modelling, predictive analytics, and Geo-testing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with cloud data environments (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake) and marketing data pipelines.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities, able to bridge technical and business teams.
  • Excellent communicator, with the ability to present complex analyses in an accessible, persuasive way.
