The Opportunity
The Finance Analyst will play a key role in the Sales Finance management agenda. This role is responsible for providing a world-class sales finance in Brazil. Responsible for support to local teams in the pricing lists, rebates, client creation, tracking accruals, SOX controls, and NRR, through implementation of initiatives, tracking, and analysis. Interact with OUs' commercial finance teams, deliver accurate information to lead the decision-making process, and ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) fulfillment.

Finance Analyst,
your functions would consist of …
- Deliver an excellent service to Finance clients according to SLA's responsible for Brazil.
- Support OU commercial finance teams in the construction of a pricing list, understanding the main drivers, and providing accurate and timely information to support the decision-making process.
- Quickly develop an understanding of different OU financial objectives and commercial plans to effectively play a key role as a business partner.
- Owner of the pricing list and responsible for uploading to SAP, responsible for their maintenance, updates, and improvements.
- Owner of the NRR scorecard with tracking and analysis
- Responsible for SAP clients creation and maintenance
- Generate rebates and monthly tracking
- Responsible for SOX execution controls in GCS quarterly
- Accrual generation and monthly tracking
Who Are We Looking For?
- Education: Finance, Economics, Engineering, Administration
- Computer literate – Advanced Excel, PowerPoint
- Language: fluent in Portuguese
- Deep understanding of a P&L and its drivers
