Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Support Senior Associates to cater to a specific region, account, or the Finance team's requirements.

Your Impact  

As a Finance Analyst, your responsibilities would consist of:

  • Leverage P&L knowledge to drive decisions
  • Provide overall support for period-end results and preparation of the forecast
  • Assist the Finance Director with the development of KPI's.
  • Analyze SG&A expense vs Plan and Forecast
  • Perforpost-closed analysis to explain drivers
  • Develop and manage models, tools, and reporting
  • Provide control of the Coordinator to ensure accurate claims approval processes
  • Lead performance analysis and reporting for R&D
  • Develop PowerPoint presentations to communicate business results and insights
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Control, and Finance functions on ad-hoc projects
  • Create an inclusive and collaborative environment
Qualifications

Requirements

  • Experience working on a P&L, core financial planning experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in finance and planning
  • Experience in financial analysis, data integrity maintenance, and systems such as SAP, TM1, Business Objects, Essbase
  • Tableau and/or Power BI User knowledge
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Proficiency in English language
