What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a motivated Dispatcher VA to join our expanding team. In this role, you will focus on generating sales, fostering client relationships, and creating opportunities that benefit both your professional growth and the company's objectives. The more deals you close, the more advancement and commission opportunities become available.

Responsibilities:

- Contact previous clients to upsell services and reschedule appointments

- Conduct cold calls for clients older than 3 months to generate additional sales

- Receive and handle emergency and non-emergency calls from prospective clients

- Schedule appointments for available technicians and follow up to ensure job completion

- Follow up with clients post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage 5-star reviews

- Communicate orders and schedules to field teams

- Report daily sales numbers at the end of each shift

- Coordinate schedules efficiently to maximize productivity

- Provide timely reports to management

- Follow up on leads from expos, advertisements, and other marketing channels

- Identify and pursue new sales and marketing opportunities

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in appointment setting is required

- Fluent in both English and Spanish

- Minimum of 6 months experience in the BPO or freelance industry

Requirements:

- Actively seeking full-time employment with no other job commitments

- Available to work Mountain Standard Time (MST) hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday

NOTE: We do not accept applicants who are currently employed, seeking part-time work, on a floating schedule, or providing services on a contract/freelance basis.
