El AD Maintenance Associate gestiona los servicios de mantenimiento preventivos y correctivos de las unidades de la cartera de clientes asignados. Brinda seguimiento de forma puntual a cada uno de los vehículos cuando se registra el ingreso con un proveedor dentro o fuera de red. Asegura que los servicios requeridos en la flotilla se atiendan de forma puntual. Confirma con el cliente final la entrega de la unidad en óptimas condiciones, considerando estándares de calidad y tiempos.

  • Generar la propuesta de mantenimientos preventivos con base al parámetro de cada marca automotriz que conformen las flotillas de su cartera de clientes.
  • Notificar a su contacto de flota la propuesta final de mantenimientos requeridos.
  • Informar al cliente con base a regulaciones gubernamentales la necesidad del cumplimiento al programa de verificación ambiental.
  • Gestionar los mantenimientos correctivos con base a las necesidades de la flota.
  • Administrar los servicios requeridos de la flota asignada con el uso de las herramientas de control y seguimiento proporcionadas por la empresa.
  • Establecer comunicación activa con el usuario final para el seguimiento oportuno del ingreso del vehículo a servicio.
  • Brindar la mejor opción de costo y tiempo de reparación al cliente.
  • Facilitar la toma de decisiónes del administrador de Flotas, reduciendo tiempo de inoperatividad de las unidades teniendo como objetivo mantener sus unidades en óptimas condiciones de operación.

  • Cumplir la Política del cliente para la gestión de su flotilla.

  • Brindar atención personalizada a los clientes de su cartera asignada a través de los medios de comunicación establecidos por la organización.

  • Reportar a las áreas internas el incumplimiento de los estándares de servicio por parte de los proveedores en convenio.
  • Otorgar soporte a las áreas internas para el seguimiento de temas relacionados con mantenimiento vehicular.
  • Enviar reportes de Operación Atencion Directa.

Educación y Experiencia

  • Ingeniería Automotriz, Mecánica, Electromecánica, Industrial.
  • Deseable tres años de experiencia en el ramo automotriz; Agencia, Arrendadora o como administrador de flotilla.
  • Dos años de experiencia en áreas relacionadas con atención al cliente como asesor de mantenimiento en Agencia o taller automotriz.
  • Alto enfoque en servicio al cliente.
  • Ingles 50%.
