Accounting Analyst

What Your Impact Will Be

• Record, maintain, and manage financial transactions in accounting books.
• Perform bank and accounting account reconciliations.
• Prepare financial reports.
• Participate in the preparation of periodic financial reports.
• Collaborate in the generation of financial analyses.
• Analyze and review accounting transactions to ensure accuracy.
• Identify and correct accounting discrepancies or errors.
• Ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations under USGAAP and local regulations.
• Participate in internal and external audits.
• Provide financial analysis to support decision-making.
• Interdepartmental collaboration.
• Work closely with finance, human resources, and other departments.
• Provide financial information to support various business functions.
• Reconcile and maintain payroll records in local books.
• Intercompany collections and reconciliations.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience
• Knowledge of Oracle desirable (Oracle Cloud is a plus)
• Advanced Excel
• Fluent English
• Knowledge of tax laws and accounting principles
