Product Analyst
to be a part of a larger product team who partners closely with Koch businesses to deliver on a roadmap that transforms enterprise service management (ESM) work processes. You will join the Global Enterprise Service Management capability, a team dedicated to enabling Koch businesses through transformation and innovation. Our platform enables key lifecycle capabilities, including IT Service and Operations Management, Application and Service Portfolio Management, HR Service Delivery, Legal Service Delivery, AI and Consumer Experience. We are a collaborative and forward-thinking team committed to delivering scalable solutions that drive measurable business value.

What You Will Do

  • Execute against a prioritized backlog to deliver the highest value initiatives that are aligned with business objectives
  • Effectively capture business requirements and user stories to be leveraged by the Product Team to deliver business outcomes
  • to automate and transform work processes at scale utilizing AI and other technologies
  • Collaborate with IT teams (product management, software engineering, architecture, and support) and business partners to implement product improvements that drive business outcomes
  • Communicate effectively to business partners and IT teams on status, risks and roadblocks, and aid team members in overcoming obstacles
  • Ensure the quality of product releases and deliverables through execution of risk mitigation strategies, including test automation scripts, creation and execution of test cases, and regression testing
  • Coordinate with business partners to conduct user acceptance testing
  • Leverage data to inform strategy and showcase value stories

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • 3+ years' experience supporting or managing enterprise applications, preferably within the ServiceNow platform (ITSM or similar modules)
  • Proven experience with Application Portfolio Management (APM), Configuration Management Databases (CMDBs), and service mapping, preferably within the ServiceNow platform
  • High sense of ownership and accountability for product deliverables and business outcomes
  • Proven ability to analyze data and process gaps and recommend alternatives to improve
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple streams of work
  • Experience working in a global, cross-functional, and Agile team environment.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience with the Common Services Data Model (CSDM) in ServiceNow
  • Experience driving improvement through automation and process optimization
  • Experience in project and resource management and coordinating the work of a larger team
  • Experience with XML, API integrations, and similar technologies
  • Experience partnering with business stakeholders to solve business problems with technology
  • Experience working within ServiceNow Agile and DevOps methodologies, processes, and tools
