Job Opportunity – Product Quality Assurance (PQA) Engineer / Section Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated Product Quality Assurance (PQA) Engineer / Section Manager to join our team.

The role is responsible for ensuring product quality, managing customer quality issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct product abnormality analysis and implement tracking measures.
  • Perform risk assessments and verify corrective / improvement actions.
  • Develop product testing plans and manage fixtures/equipment for PQC/FQC.
  • Plan and execute MVT (Mass Verification Test) to validate production readiness.
  • Lead in-house system and process improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare and maintain quality documents, including SIP, PFMEA, and Control Plans.
  • Coordinate customer audits and arrange client visits.
  • Provide customer quality support, including complaint handling and issue resolution.
  • Perform DOA (Dead on Arrival) failure analysis and generate corrective reports.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Strong ability and experience in analyzing customer complaints and product application issues.
  • Solid understanding of electronic circuit analysis.
  • Experience in testing and analysis for new product processes.
  • Ability to track and follow up on electronic component abnormalities.
  • Proactive, optimistic, and strong in teamwork, communication, and planning skills.
  • Good command of English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
