Descripción:

Ingeniero de control de calidad especializado en pruebas y automatización Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) para garantizar la fiabilidad y la calidad del software integrado en sistemas automovilísticos. Esta función será responsable de diseñar, ejecutar y automatizar casos de prueba en entornos HiL, analizar el comportamiento del sistema e integrar las pruebas en procesos de integración continua.

Responsabilidades clave:

  • Diseñar y ejecutar planes de pruebas y casos de prueba en entornos HiL (dSPACE, NI, Vector).
  • Desarrollar y mantener scripts de pruebas automatizadas utilizando Python, MATLAB/Simulink, CAPL o C#.
  • Validar las funcionalidades de la ECU a través de comunicaciones CAN, LIN, FlexRay y Automotive Ethernet.
  • Realizar pruebas de diagnóstico (UDS, OBD-II, XCP) y escenarios de inyección de fallos.
  • Analizar registros y datos de medición con herramientas como ControlDesk, CANoe, MATLAB, Python (pandas/numpy) y NI DIAdem.
  • Colaborar con los equipos de desarrollo para identificar, informar y realizar un seguimiento de los defectos.
  • Integrar pruebas automatizadas en canalizaciones CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
  • Contribuir al cumplimiento de las normas ISO seguridad funcional) y ASPICE.
  • Mantener la documentación de los casos de prueba, los resultados y las métricas de calidad.

Habilidades y experiencia:

  • Licenciatura en Electrónica, Mecatrónica, Informática, Ingeniería de Sistemas o campos relacionados.
  • Más de 2 años de experiencia en pruebas HiL y automatización de pruebas. Certificación ISTQB Foundation o equivalente (deseable). Conocimientos de ISO 26262 / ASPICE (muy valorados).
  • Experiencia en plataformas de pruebas HiL (dSPACE ConfigurationDesk/ControlDesk, NI VeriStand/TestStand, Vector CANoe).
  • Sólidos conocimientos de protocolos de comunicación automovilística (CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Automotive Ethernet).
  • Competencia en scripting/programación (Python es imprescindible; MATLAB, CAPL o C# son un plus).
  • Familiaridad con los sistemas de integración continua (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
  • Experiencia con herramientas de gestión de pruebas (Jira, TestRail, Zephyr).
  • Comprensión del ciclo de vida del desarrollo de sistemas embebidos (modelo V, ágil).
  • SQL o bases de datos de series temporales para la gestión de resultados de pruebas (deseable).
