Sub Function: Digital & Technology - Other Support

Type of Contract: Permanent

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership for Operating Companies (OpCos) teams and act as a Technology Advisor.
  • Lead and manage technical projects from planning to implementation, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met in collaboration with the Global Team and OpCos, leveraging supplier capabilities and coordination.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Regional, Global, and Local service vendors, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), managing contractual relationships, and promoting continuous improvement.
  • Seek technical/capabilities and financial optimization by proactively anticipating and resolving issues to generate cost savings.
  • Ensure the maintenance of technical documentation and project status reports for internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in similar roles (technology infrastructure, with a strong background in project management)
  • Experience in Cloud & Hosting Platforms
  • Desired technical certifications.
  • Proven experience in project management (PMP, Scrum Master are highly valued).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Technical knowledge in Cloud & Hosting (Azure, Multicloud, Windows Server, Solution Architecture).
