Job Description
What You Will Do?
Design, manage, and optimize CRM and data ecosystems, enabling personalized, automated, and performance-driven marketing strategies through advanced data integration, analytics, and KPI governance, with a direct impact on growth, retention, and commercial efficiency.
Preferred knowledge / Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Postgraduate studies or certifications in CRM, Data Analytics, Digital Marketing, Business Intelligence, or Data Engineering (preferred).
- Continuous learning mindset with updated knowledge in data platforms, analytics, and marketing technology.
Key Success Indicators
- Increased CRM-driven engagement, retention, and conversion rates.
- Improved data quality, accessibility, and reliability.
- Faster and more efficient reporting and decision-making processes.
- Successful end-to-end CRM and data integration implementations.
- Strong adoption of standardized CRM and performance KPIs across teams.
Work Appropriately
Hybrid: This position requires to work 3 days on site 2 days at home remote on a full-time basis
