El rol de
Data Scientist
busca garantizar la calidad, consistencia y aprovechamiento estratégico de los datos del negocio. Este rol transforma información compleja en insights accionables que permiten entender patrones, detectar causas raíz, anticipar comportamientos y optimizar performance. Tu trabajo será clave para construir modelos estadísticos, mejorar la visibilidad analítica, fortalecer procesos basados en datos y habilitar decisiones informadas para equipos operativos y estratégicos en toda la organización.
Responsabilidades
Análisis y modelado
Analizar bases de datos para identificar patrones, desviaciones y drivers clave
- Construir y mantener modelos estadísticos y predictivos (regresión, clustering, scoring de probabilidad, etc.)
Aplicar métodos de machine learning con enfoque analítico y científico
BI & mantenimiento de data
Ingresar a data sources para realizar análisis diario
- Mantener consistencia y calidad de datos
Asegurar limpieza y validación continua
Insights accionables
Convertir resultados analíticos en acciones efectivas para negocio
- Explicar root cause de desviaciones y anomalías
- Presentar hallazgos de forma clara y ejecutable
Requisitos
- 5–6 años en Data Science, Analytics o roles similares.
- SQL avanzado; Python o R; Excel intermedio–avanzado.
- Experiencia en modelos estadísticos, análisis de hipótesis y experimentación.
- Familiaridad con conceptos ETL / data pipelines / arquitectura de datos.
- Inglés avanzado para comunicación técnica y colaboración.
- Alta atención al detalle, pensamiento crítico y rigor analítico en interpretación de datos.
Requisitos técnicos (must)
- SQL (consultas, joins, CTEs, funciones ventana)
- Python y/o R para análisis y workflows estadísticos
- Experiencia en análisis de grandes datasets
- Estadística aplicada y experimentación (A/B testing, hipótesis, causalidad)
- Comprensión de data pipelines (ETL/ELT)
