About the Role
We're looking for a Finance Data Specialist who will ensure the integrity, availability, and strategic use of financial data. This role transforms complex information into actionable insights that power key decisions across finance, growth, and operational efficiency. Your work will enable process automation, improve models, and provide real-time visibility to leadership and strategic teams.
Responsibilities
- Ensure integrity and consistency of financial data.
- Develop forecasting, budgeting, and scenario-based models.
- Build KPI dashboards, liquidity reports, burn-rate tracking, and unit economics views.
- Translate complex data into clear insights for stakeholders.
- Automate reporting using SQL, Power BI, and cloud-based tools.
- Collaborate with ERPs and ETLs (such as Fivetran) for data integration.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in fintech, banking, or startups.
- Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI; Python or R.
- Experience with ERPs (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Odoo).
- Knowledge of ETL tools.
- Advanced English.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and interpretation skills.
