Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Interviewer is responsible for the effective selection and hiring of qualified personnel. Performing behavioral and competency-based interviews and assessments for the various operative roles while building the value of our brand.

Job responsibilities and functions

  • Conduct in-person and remote interviews while building the value of the brand utilizing various interview techniques (Competency & Behavioral based interviews).
  • Preform English level assessments utilizing the Common European Framework for the Reference of Languages.
  • Compliance with the operative hiring requirements and overall objectives of the area.
  • Follow-up with the internal transfer of operative personnel.
  • Analyze the candidate's job application results for the selection of qualified personnel.
  • Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills and experience to best suit open positions.
  • Generate and update applicant tracking report, daily candidate flow and overall candidate profiling.
  • Punctual follow-up with interviewed candidates (candidate feedback).
  • Send the consent forms to our internal and external clients and meet the deadlines required by the clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (Desirable)
  • Intermediate English level
  • Specialized knowledge: Related Human Resources experience
  • Computer knowledge: Microsoft Office
  • Experience: 1+ years experience in the Talent Acquisition activities.
