We are seeking a Senior SEO Specialist in all LATAM with deep experience driving measurable growth for U.S.-based home service businesses, including industries such as HVAC, plumbing, construction, garage doors, air duct cleaning, and similar local service trades.

This role is ideal for someone who can clearly demonstrate SEO impact through real case studies and understands how search performance translates into qualified leads, calls, and revenue growth, particularly in competitive U.S. cities.

You will own local SEO strategy end-to-end, from technical foundations and on-page optimization to authority building and hands-on Google Business Profile management. This role is highly execution-focused and data-driven. Content writing is not required; AI-generated content is optimized instead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies for U.S.-based home service businesses with a strong focus on lead generation.
  • Own local SEO execution, including citations, service-area and location pages, and Google Business Profile optimization for competitive U.S. markets.
  • Manage and optimize on-page and off-page SEO, including high-quality backlink acquisition relevant to local services.
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance using Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
  • Identify technical SEO issues (indexing, crawlability, site structure, site performance) and collaborate with teams to implement fixes.
  • Track, report, and communicate SEO performance using clear, measurable KPIs tied to business outcomes.
  • Continuously improve rankings, traffic quality, and lead conversions using data and insights.
Requirements
  • 3–5+ years of proven SEO experience, with a strong focus on local SEO.
  • Demonstrated results through case studies with U.S.-based home service businesses (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, construction, garage doors, air duct cleaning).
  • Proven experience ranking service businesses in competitive U.S. cities.
  • Strong expertise in local SEO strategy and execution, including service-area businesses.
  • Hands-on experience with on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and backlink creation.
  • Advanced experience managing and optimizing Google Business Profiles.
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Search Console.
  • Experience using Google Analytics for traffic, behavior, and performance analysis.
  • Ability to identify technical SEO issues and work cross-functionally to implement fixes.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a clear focus on measurable, lead-driven results.
