La función principal del Zone Lead es ser facilitador, sustentador y controlador del trabajo de los Store manager en su región, definiendo planes de acción para lograr las metas establecidas y velar por el desarrollo de su zona en crecimiento de órdenes, gestión del equipo operativo de la zona y en general todas las métricas operativas.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

1. Mínimo 2 visitas a cada tienda por semana;
2.Realizar visita guiada por check list a cada tienda por lo menos una vez por semana
3.Capacitación, acompañamiento y evaluación de los equipos de tienda-
4. Presencia y acompañamiento en el dìa a dìa de las DarkStore: Recibo, Picking, seguimiento a ordenes.
5. Garantizar la productividad de los operarios y optimizaciòn de los tiempos de picking
6. Organizar y aplicar los paràmetros de Lay Out segùn la capacidad de la tienda y parámetros definidos.
7. Monitorear y aplicar acciones de mejora continua para los tiempos de entrega (Delivery Time)
8. Control del inventario y de la merma (Conocida+Desconocida)
9. Monitorear y hacer seguimiento a los procesos de saneo y bloqueo en tiendas.
10. Gestionar y generar soluciòn a las situaciones que se presentan en las DarkStore
11. Control de la calidad y estado de la mercancìa en las Stores
12. Replicar y velar por la implementaciòn en DS de los procesos establecidos o soluciones centrales.
13. Velar por el entrenamiento continuo de los Supervisores y Operadores de sus tiendas.
14. Velar por el cumplimiento de las reglamentaciones sanitarias y legales
15. Acompañamiento a sus equipos en la búsqueda de estrategias para el logro de incentivos y resultados.
16. Replicar y garantizar gestiòn de las estrategias de Marketing establecidas/Sampling.

17. Coordinación y apoyo con las diferentes áreas para consecución de locales, aperturas y/o movimientos de tiendas.

18. Control de faltas, seguimientos y procesos de retiro de las personas a cargo.

19. Acompañar cierres de tomas físicas de inventarios y velar por las justificaciones de las diferencias.

20. Velar por los ajustes de inventarios generados por los conteos cíclicos.

21. Disponibilidad constante para apoyar al 3PL en la operación - en caso de aplicar-

22. Monitorear y asegurar diariamente el cumplimiento de los indicadores principales de la operación. (Cuadro métricas)

23. Velar por la correcta administración, gestión y análisis de los diferentes gastos operativos de las Darkstores como Fake Orders, Consumos de material de empaque, consumos eléctricos, entre otros. Store P&L

24. Identificación, gestión y reporte de fraude para Rts y Personal operativo de tienda.

25. Comunicación y gestión de equipos de Rts: Alinear con el equipo de Seguridad la definición de los capitanes, Levantamiento y gestión de la necesidad de RT de acuerdo a la necesidad operativa (heatmap), Alineación para eventos especiales (calendario comercial). Garantizar buena comunicación entre pickers y RT, en caso de tener una situación se debe alinear entre ZL, Coordinador, Pickers y RTs.

26. Entrevistas y procesos de selección del personal de tiendas.

27.Proponer e innovar procesos para la operación.

28. Análisis y comunicación de categorías, disponibilidad de productos y demás iniciativas en pro del crecimiento de GMV y órdenes de la tienda.

29. Diseño y estrategias para incremento de gmv y órdenes o aperturas de tiendas

Plan portero, Diseño e impresión de material POP. Apoyo y acompañamiento a la ejecución de las estrategias de Marketing

30. Dar avisos y gestión en los grupos asignados en caso de cualquier eventualidad con los RT´s y/o visitas municipales o de cualquier entidad fiscalizadora.
