Role Description

This is a full-time Lawyer role based in Garza García, NLE, with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves providing legal counsel across various facets of commercial law, including corporate transactions, compliance, litigation, and dispute resolution. The lawyer will collaborate with clients to understand their legal needs, draft and review legal documents, represent clients in negotiations, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Additionally, the role includes conducting legal research, offering strategic advice, and working closely with internal teams to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Corporate Law, Commercial Litigation, and Contract Drafting
  • Ability to conduct thorough Legal Research and provide Compliance Guidance
  • Strong Negotiation and Advocacy skills
  • Proficiency in Legal Documentation and Case Analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
  • Licensed to practice law and in good standing with the relevant bar association
  • Experience in client relationship management and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal solutions
