Account Executive Sr.

, posición clave para el desarrollo y crecimiento de cuentas estratégicas en el segmento Enterprise.

Responsabilidades

  • Gestionar el ciclo completo de ventas con clientes Enterprise (B2B), desde la prospección hasta el cierre.
  • Identificar necesidades del cliente y evaluar la rentabilidad de las cuentas.
  • Desarrollar y gestionar de manera autónoma la agenda de visitas, presentaciones y reuniones comerciales.
  • Dar seguimiento a contratos: firma, actualizaciones y renovaciones.
  • Mantenerse actualizado sobre tendencias del mercado y necesidades del cliente.
  • Generar oportunidades de negocio mediante prospección activa, negociación y cierre.
  • Cumplir con KPI's, objetivos comerciales y metas de ingresos.
  • Ejecutar el plan de negocio en coordinación con la Dirección Comercial.

Requisitos

  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en ventas consultivas B2B, prospección en frío y negociación.
  • Experiencia en procesos de licitación con el sector privado.
  • Manejo avanzado de herramientas Office (especialmente Excel) y entornos web.
  • Cartera activa de clientes.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, presentación y relacionamiento.
  • Experiencia en desarrollo y fortalecimiento de fuerza de ventas.
  • Conocimiento del sector salud, así como de sus principales clientes y proveedores.
  • Conocimiento en logística de eventos y recursos creativos.
  • Alta capacidad de negociación, planeación y gestión de proyectos.
